SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN UMUM
INDODAX SHORT FILM FESTIFAL 2023
Periode : 10 Mei 2023 sampai 24 Okt 2023

Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum (“SKU”) ini merupakan syarat dan ketentuan mengenai syarat, tata cara, dan ketentuan dalam keikutsertaan pada pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan kompetisi Indodax Short Film Festival 2023 (“ISFF 2023"), yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia (“INDODAX”), sebagai bagian dari Syarat Ketentuan Umum INDODAX;
 
Sebelum mengikuti Kompetisi ISFF 2023, Anda disarankan membaca dengan seksama seluruh isi SKU ini. Dengan melakukan pendaftaran pada kompetisi, maka Anda menyatakan bahwa Anda telah MEMBACA, MENGERTI, MEMAHAMI, MENGAMATI, MENYETUJUI, dan MENERIMA semua syarat dan ketentuan yang terkandung di dalam SKU ini yang menjadi efektif dan mengikat secara hukum;
 
INDODAX dapat melakukan perubahan dan/atau mengganti SKU ini secara berkala. Versi perubahan akan berlaku pada tanggal efektif publikasi dan Anda bertanggung jawab untuk meninjau SKU ini dari waktu ke waktu. Apabila Anda tidak setuju dengan perubahan dan/atau penggantian SKU ini, maka Anda wajib membatalkan pendaftaran kompetisi. INDODAX tidak bertanggungjawab atas kegagalan Anda dalam melakukan peninjauan dan persetujuan terhadap perubahan dan/atau penggantian SKU ini.
 
Dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Kompetisi ISFF 2023 ini adalah sebagai berikut:

 

DEFINISI

  1. Kompetisi adalah Kompetisi ISFF 2023 yang diselenggarakan INDODAX dan tunduk pada SKU ini;

  2. Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) Principles adalah proses penilaian terhadap calon Member dan Member untuk mengetahui latar belakang dan itikad baik terhadap perbuatan yang akan dilakukan dalam sebuah kegiatan perdagangan Aset Kripto, dalam hal ini termasuk dalam proses penilaian peserta Kompetisi ISSF 2023;

  3. Peserta Kompetisi adalah perorangan, Tim atau rumah produksi yang telah mendaftar pada Kompetisi ISFF 2023;

  4. Registrasi adalah proses pendaftaran menjadi peserta dalam Kompetisi ISFF 2023 yang merupakan bagian dari verifikasi awal dalam memperoleh keterangan dan pernyataan sebagai peserta;

  5. SKU INDODAX adalah Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum INDODAX yang terdapat pada tautan :(https://help.INDODAX.com/hc/id/articles/4416650994585-Ketentuan-dan-Persyaratan-INDODAX-com?_ga=2.134073995.402626860.1654833025-104687762.1641868544/)

  6. Verifikasi Tambahan adalah proses pemeriksaan terhadap peserta dan keterangan terkait dengan peserta, termasuk namun tidak terbatas dalam memastikan data dan informasi pribadi yang dicantumkan dalam proses pendaftaran untuk divalidasi INDODAX dalam keabsahan keikutsertaan Verified Member pada Kompetisi ISFF 2023;

  7. Verified Member adalah member yang telah melalui dan menyelesaikan serta divalidasi dalam proses verifikasi dan/atau verifikasi tambahan yang dilakukan oleh INDODAX.

REGISTRASI

  1. Peserta Kompetisi ISFF 2023 t​erbuka untuk umum dan merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia yang berumur sekurang-kurangnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun;

  2. Pendaftaran Kompetisi ISFF 2023 tidak dipungut biaya apapun;

  3. Peserta Kompetisi ISFF 2023 diwajibkan melakukan pendaftaran dengan mengisi formulir pada isff.indodax.com

  4. Periode Pendaftaran Kompetisi ISFF 2023 dibuka pada tanggal 10-5-2023 (Sepuluh Mei dua ribu dua puluh tiga) pada pukul 00.01 WIB dan ditutup pada tanggal 24-10-2023 (Dua puluh empat Oktober dua ribu dua puluh tiga) pada pukul 23.59 WIB.

MEKANISME KOMPETISI ISFF 2023

  1. Periode Kompetisi ISFF 2023 dimulai tanggal 10-5-2023 (Sepuluh Mei dua ribu dua puluh tiga) pada pukul 00.01 WIB dan ditutup pada tanggal 24-10-2023 (Dua puluh empat Oktober dua ribu dua puluh tiga) pada pukul 23.59 WIB.

  2. Peserta Kompetisi memproduksi film pendek semenarik dan sekreatif mungkin dengan tema apapun selama tidak mengandung unsur-unsur sensitif diantaranya : ​​​

    • Unsur Pornografi;

    • Unsur Sara;

    • Unsur Politik;

    • Tidak melanggar Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI);

    • Tidak melanggar ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan;

  3. Peserta Kompetisi memproduksi film pendek dapat berupa animasi atau stop motion sejauh tetap berdasarkan dengan kategori film fiksi diantaranya : 

    • Kategori Drama;

    • Kategori Komedi;

    • Kategori Aksi;

    • Kategori Sci-fi;

    • Kategori Horor;

  4. ​Film Pendek berdurasi minimal 3 menit dan maksimal 15 menit serta 1 menit untuk trailer film pendek.

  5. Film Pendek diproduksi dengan mencantumkan elemen Indodax termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada logo, nama, dan tampilan aplikasi mobile Indodax.







     

  6. Produksi Film Pendek tidak menggunakan Watermark dan/atau video bumper dari penggalan vidio milik Indodax yang dipublikasi di seluruh media sosial Indodax.

  7. Cuplikan video, gambar, musik/atau lagu pada produksi film wajib memiliki izin secara tertulis dan wajib mencantumkan sumber.

  8. Film pendek yang diproduksi wajib disertakan translasi dalam bahasa Indonesia terkhusus pada film yang di produksi menggunakan narasi bahasa asing atau bahasa daerah.

  9. Film, Trailer Film, dan Poster Film wajib di unggah melalui Google Drive dengan full akses. Format penamaan Drive sebagai berikut : ISFF 2023_Judul Film Pendek_Nama Tim/Rumah Produksi

  10. Trailer Film wajib diunggah pada akun Youtube masing-masing Peserta Kompetisi dengan mencantumkan tagar #Indodax #AsetMasaDepan #ISFF2023 di kolom tagar Youtube

  11. Sinopsis film pendek pada kolom deskripsi Youtube, serta trailer film dan poster film wajib di unggah secara carousel pada akun Instagram (Poster Film Swipe Kanan Trailer Film) masing-masing Peserta Kompetisi dengan mencantumkan tagar #Indodax #AsetMasaDepan #ISFF2023

  12. Selama dan setelah periode ISFF 2023, INDODAX Berhak menggunakan film pendek untuk keperluan promosi dan publikasi.

KETENTUAN PEMENANG KOMPETISI ISFF 2023 

  1. Top 15 Pemenang Peserta Kompetisi ISFF 2023 akan dipublikasikan melalui email resmi INDODAX dan nomor telepon yang telah didaftarkan

  2. Panitia dan Juri akan menentukan pemenang ISFF 2023 yang dipilih dari Top 15 Winner untuk diumumkan pada Awarding Night pada 10 November 2023

  3. Setiap penanggung jawab tim/rumah produksi wajib membuat dan/atau memiliki akun INDODAX yang terferifikasi melalui proses KYC (know-Your-Customer)

  4. Peserta Kompetisi wajib mengikuti semua akun INDODAX (Instagram, Twitter, dan Facebook) serta men-subscribe Youtube resmi INDODAX.

  5. INDODAX berhak mempublikasikan film pendek yang berhasil lolos ke dalam kategori Top 15 Pemenang di TV nasional, sinema, OOH/billboard, platform digital, dan media sosial lainnya dengan tujuan untuk mempromosikan hasil karya sinema #AsetMasaDepan perfilman Indonesia ke masyarakat yang lebih luas.

  6. Apabila pemenang tidak dapat dikonfirmasi, baik tidak dapat dihubungi dan/atau tidak dapat menyelesaikan verifikasi tambahan dalam waktu 3 (tiga) hari kerja setelah dihubungi, maka pemenang dianggap gugur dan hadiah dianggap hangus.

  7. Pemenang hanya dapat memenangkan kompetisi ini 1 (satu) kali.

HADIAH KOMPETISI ISFF 2023

  1. Sebanyak 7 (tujuh) kategori pemenang akan dinyatakan dan diputuskan sebagai pemenang dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

    • Best short film dengan hadiah senilai Rp35.000.000 (tiga puluh lima juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT;

    • Best Cinematography dengan hadiah senilai Rp25.000.000 (dua puluh lima juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT

    • Best Built-In dengan hadiah senilai Rp15.000.000 (lima belas juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT

    • Best Scenario dengan hadiah senilai Rp10.000.000 (sepuluh juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT

    • Best Actor dengan hadiah senilai Rp7.000.000 (tujuh juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT

    • Best Film Poster dengan hadiah senilai Rp5.000.000 (lima juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT.

    • Most Favorite Film (diambil dari Top 15 Winner) dengan hadiah senilai Rp5.000.000 (lima juta rupiah) dalam bentuk USDT

  2. Hadiah akan didistribusikan ke wallet USDT masing-masing pemenang paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender setelah pemenang menyelesaikan proses konfirmasi dan verifikasi tambahan;

  3. Pajak hadiah ditanggung oleh INDODAX.

LAIN-LAIN

  1. Kompetisi INDODAX ISFF 2023 ini tidak berlaku bagi karyawan dan keluarga dari karyawan INDODAX.

  2. Keputusan dewan juri dan panitia ISFF 2023 INDODAX bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

  3. Peserta Kompetisi bertanggung jawab penuh atas keaslian dan perizinan dari semua materi dan film pendek yang dikirimkan.

  4. Panitia Penyelenggara ISFF 2023 tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap adanya tuntutan dalam pembuatan film pendek yang diakibatkan oleh tindakan yang merugikan setiap pihak yang diakibatkan oleh Peserta Kompetisi.

  5. Jika di kemudian hari didapatkan bukti bahwa karya pemenang bukan karya sendiri, maka Panitia Penyelenggara ISFF 2023 berhak membatalkan dan menarik penghargaan serta hadiah yang sudah diberikan.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
INDODAX SHORT FILM FESTIVAL 2023
Period: 10 May 2023 to 24 Oct 2023

General terms and conditions (“T&C”) are terms, procedures, and conditions regarding participation in the Indodax Short Film Festival 2023 competition (“ISFF 2023”) held by PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia (“INDODAX”) as part of INDODAX's general terms and conditions;

 

Before participating in the ISFF 2023 Competition, you are advised to read the entire contents of this T&C carefully. By registering for the competition, you declare that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD, COMPREHENDED, RECOGNIZED, AGREED, and ACCEPTED all terms and conditions stated in this T&C and be effectively and legally bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined in this T&C;

 

INDODAX may revise and/or update this T&C periodically at its discretion. Any changes to the terms will apply on the date they are made, and you are responsible for checking these T&Cs periodically for changes. If you do not consent and agree to the revision and/or updated T&C, you must cancel your registration for the competition. INDODAX cannot and will not be liable for your failure to review and approve the revision and/or update of this T&C.


Terms and Conditions of the ISFF 2023 are as follows:

 

DEFINITION

  1. Competition is the ISFF 2023 Competition organized by INDODAX and is subject to this T&C;

  2. Know Your Customer Principles (“KYC”) is an assessment process of prospective Members and Members to find out the background and good faith of the actions to be carried out in a Crypto Asset trading activity, in this case, included in the assessment process of the participants of the ISFF 2023 Competition;

  3. Member is a person and teams or production houses that have registered on the ISFF 2023 Competition;

  4. Registration is a process of registering to be a participant in the ISFF 2023 Competition, which is part of the initial Verification in obtaining information and statements as participants;

  5. INDODAX T&C is the Indodax General Terms and Conditions stated at the link : https://help.indodax.com/hc/id/articles/4416650994585-Ketentuan-dan-Persyaratan-Indodax-com?_ga=2.134073995.402626860.1654833025-104687762.1641868544/

  6. Additional Verification is the process of evaluating participants and information related to participants, including but not limited to ensuring personal data and information included in the registration process to be validated by INDODAX in the eligibility of Verified Members' participation in the ISFF 2023 Competition;

  7. verified Member is a member who has gone through and completed and validated the Verification and/or additional Verification process carried out by INDODAX.

REGISTRATION

  1. Participants of the ISFF 2023 Competition open to the public are Indonesian Citizens who are at least 18 (eighteen) years old;

  2. Registration for the ISFF 2023 Competition is free of charge 

  3. Participants of the ISFF 2023 Competition must register by filling out the form posted on isff.indodax.com. 

  4. The Registration Period for ISFF 2023 Competition opens on 10-5-2023 (the tenth of May two thousand twenty-three) at 00.01 WIB and closes on 24-10-2023 (the twenty fourth of October two thousand twenty-three) at 23.59 WIB.

MEKANISME KOMPETISI ISFF 2023

  1. The Competition Period for ISFF 2023 Competition opens on 10-5-2023 (the tenth of May two thousand twenty-three) at 00.01 WIB and closes on 24-10-2023 (the twenty fourth of October two thousand twenty-three) at 23.59 WIB.

  2. Competitors produce short films as interesting and creative as possible with any theme as long as they do not contain sensitive elements, including :

    • Pornographic

    • SARA

    • Political

    • Does not violate Intellectual Property Rights

  3. Participants in the competition to produce short films can be in the form of animation or stop motion as long as they are based on the fiction film category, including:

    • Drama Category;

    • Comedy Category;

    • Action Category;

    • Sci-fi category;

    • Horror category.

  4. Short Films with a minimum duration of 3 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes and 1 minute for short film trailers

  5. Short Films produced by incorporating Indodax elements but not limited to the logo, name, and appearance of the Indodax mobile application







     

  6. Short film productions do not use watermarks and/or video bumpers from Indodax video clips that are published on all Indodax social media;

  7. Video footage, images, music/or songs for film production must have written permission and must state the source

  8. Short films produced must be accompanied by a translation in Indonesian, especially for cinema produced using foreign language narratives or regional languages;

  9. Film, Film Trailer, and Film Poster must be uploaded via Google Drive with full access. The naming format on Drive should be as follows: ISFF 2023_Short Film Title_Team Name/Production House.

  10. The Film Trailer must be uploaded to each Participant's Competition Youtube account, including the hashtags #Indodax #FutureAssets #ISFF2023 in the Youtube hashtag column.

  11. The short film synopsis should be placed in the Youtube description column, and both the film trailer and film poster must be uploaded as a carousel on each Participant's Competition Instagram account (Film Poster on the right swipe, followed by the Film Trailer), including the hashtags #Indodax #FutureAssets #ISFF2023.

  12. During and after the ISFF 2023 period, INDODAX has the right to use the short film for promotional and publication purposes.

WINNING TERMS OF THE ISFF 2023 COMPETITION

  1. The top 15 Winners Participating in the ISFF 2023 Competition will be published via the official INDODAX email and registered telephone number

  2. The committee and judges will determine the ISFF 2023 winner selected from the Top 15 Winners to be announced at the Awarding Night November 10th 2023

  3. Each person in charge of the team/production house is required to create and/or have an INDODAX account that is verified through the KYC (know-Your-Customer) process

  4. Competition Participants must follow all INDODAX accounts (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) and subscribe to the official INDODAX Youtube

  5. INDODAX has the right to publish short films that have made it into the Top 15 Winner category on national TV, cinema, OOH/billboards, digital platforms, and other social media to promote the work of #AsetMasaDepan Indonesian film cinema to the broader community

  6. If the winner cannot be confirmed, either cannot be contacted and/or cannot complete additional Verification within 3 (three) working days after being contacted, then the winner is considered disqualified, and the prize is deemed forfeited;

  7. Winners can only win this competition 1 (once) time.

PRIZES OF THE ISFF 2023 COMPETITION

  1. A total of 7 (seven) categories of winners will be declared and decided as winners with the following conditions: 

    • A best short film with a prize of IDR 35,000,000 in USDT;

    • Best Cinematography with a prize of IDR 25​,000,000 in USDT

    • Best Built-In with a prize of IDR 15,000,000 in USDT

    • Best Scenario with a prize of IDR 10,000,000 in USDT

    • Best Actor with a prize of IDR 7,000,000 in USDT

    • Best Movie Poster with a prize of IDR 5,000,000 in USDT.

    • Most Favorite Film (taken from the Top 15 Winners) with prizes worth IDR 5,000,000 in USDT

  2. Prizes will be distributed to each winner's USDT wallet no later than 30 (thirty) days after the winner completes the additional confirmation and verification process;

  3. INDODAX bears prize tax

OTHERS

  1. The INDODAX ISFF 2023 competition does not apply to employee and family accounts of INDODAX employees;

  2. The decision of the jury and the ISFF 2023 INDODAX committee is final and cannot be contested;

  3. The ISFF 2023 Organizing Committee is not responsible for any demands in making short films caused by actions that are detrimental to each party caused by participants

  4. If, at a later date, there is evidence that the winner's work is not his own work, then the ISFF 2023 Organizing Committee has the right to cancel and withdraw the awards and prizes that have been awarded

  5. Participants are fully responsible for the authenticity and licensing of all materials and short films submitted

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ISFF 2023 COMPETITION ARE PART OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INDODAX, WHICH ABIDE BY THE GOVERNING LAW
